Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Minor variations in placement, color, dimensions or finish may occur as a result of the manufacturing and printing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product availability may change without notice.

We may discontinue products or limit the quantities available for purchase at any time.

Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products included in your order subject to these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability and successful payment authorization.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation containing information about your purchase.

We reserve the right to reject, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable.
• There is an obvious pricing or product-information error.
• Payment cannot be authorized.
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
• An order appears to have been placed for unauthorized resale or commercial distribution.
• We are unable to fulfill or legally ship the order to the destination provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order.

We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, account, payment method or delivery address where reasonably necessary.

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order, product selection or delivery address can be changed after the order has been submitted.

6. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed during checkout when you place your order, subject to the correction of obvious errors as permitted by applicable law.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes and other charges collected by us will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify and other third-party payment providers.

If a pricing or payment error affects your order, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel the affected order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Shipping and Fulfillment

Our products may be manufactured, fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfillment and logistics providers acting on our behalf.

Because products may be made to order, production time and shipping time are separate.

Estimated production and delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, carrier, customs procedures, holidays and other circumstances.

Products included in the same order may occasionally be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate packages.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have regarding delivery under applicable consumer law.

8. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges depending on the destination.

Where such amounts are collected by us, they will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Where they are not collected by us, additional charges may be imposed by the destination country's customs authority, carrier or other relevant authority.

You are responsible for providing information reasonably required for customs clearance.

• Product designs.
• Website designs.
• Audio and other creative materials.
• JOHN PORK and the John Pork character, together with the associated artwork, designs, images, graphics, logos, visual elements and original content appearing on this website.

are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by BYTETRIBE, LDA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes intellectual property associated with John Pork and related characters, brands and creative properties.

You may access and use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, exploit or create derivative commercial works from our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer to you any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in the artwork, character, design or other intellectual property appearing on that product.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks, characters, artwork or other intellectual property for commercial purposes.
